JL Commercial Services partnered with ownership at 50 South Sixth Street to lead the 22nd Floor Inset Deck construction project. Serving as Construction Project Manager, our team is guiding this complex build from preconstruction through delivery, coordinating closely with architects, engineers, and union trade partners to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
Working alongside WOLD Architects, structural and MEP partners, and building management, we are supporting the creation of a fully enclosed inset deck designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing building envelope. The project requires careful coordination of structural modifications, weatherproofing, and new building systems to deliver a safe, code-compliant, and high-performance environment.
The result: A thoughtfully executed amenity space that enhances the building’s offering, maximizes usable square footage, and brings long-term value to ownership—delivered through disciplined project management and collaborative execution
