The Jellycat Way: more than an office, an experience
JL Commercial Services proudly managed the recent office expansion and relocation of Jellycat within the iconic TractorWorks Building in Minneapolis’ North Loop.
Our team led the project from inception to completion, coordinating with top-tier partners to bring Jellycat’s vision to life. With a decade-long presence in the building, Jellycat expanded its space to over 21,000 square feet, creating an environment that embodies their playful and vibrant brand.
Partnering with HGA for architectural expertise, Gardner Builders as the general contractor, iSpace Environments for furniture solutions, and Art Partners for curated artwork – we transformed the space into a unique and inspiring workplace. Key features include plush toy displays, bold colors like pink and turquoise, and “The Jellycat Way,” a concourse connecting collaborative spaces with panoramic views of Washington Avenue.
Construction began in early 2023 and concluded in September. The result is a warm, inviting office that reflects Jellycat’s whimsical identity while fostering collaboration and creativity. Our role as the owner’s representative ensured seamless communication, meticulous oversight, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Results: A dynamic, brand-aligned office space that supports Jellycat’s continued growth and cultivates a welcoming atmosphere for their team.
