Acting as Construction Project Manager, our team coordinated the planning and logistics of the move from Baker Center to a larger, future-ready space—supporting Hennepin Partners’ growth and evolving workplace needs.
Working alongside trusted vendors and building partners, we oversaw relocation strategy, move scheduling, and furniture decommissioning while protecting day-to-day business continuity. The move included coordinating the transition of private offices, workstations, IT equipment, and employee contents into a newly built environment designed for efficiency and scalability.
The result: A streamlined, well-managed relocation into an expanded office footprint that positions Hennepin Partners for continued growth—delivered with minimal disruption and clear coordination from start to finish.
