JL Commercial Services partnered with Hennepin Partners to manage their office expansion and relocation into Capella Tower. Acting as Construction Project Manager, our team coordinated the planning and logistics of the move from Baker Center to a larger, future-ready space—supporting Hennepin Partners’ growth and evolving workplace needs.

Working alongside trusted vendors and building partners, we oversaw relocation strategy, move scheduling, and furniture decommissioning while protecting day-to-day business continuity. The move included coordinating the transition of private offices, workstations, IT equipment, and employee contents into a newly built environment designed for efficiency and scalability.

The result: A streamlined, well-managed relocation into an expanded office footprint that positions Hennepin Partners for continued growth—delivered with minimal disruption and clear coordination from start to finish.
